• Technical Support is responsible for the overall maintenance and security of all computers, printers, and copiers.  Maintaining of user logins, network connections, intranet, and training of all computer related issues also fall within the scope if this department

• The purpose of the Sound group is to ensure a clear and concise sound by using standardized audio equipment, lighting, and electronics.  This group plays an integral part in the excellence and flow of the service.
   

• The Video group is responsible for creating a quality picture of the Rivers of Joy worship experience while ministering to the saints of God thru visual imaging
