The mission of Rivers of Joy Youth Ministry is to educate youth of all ages in the areas of: prayer, praise & worship, bible teachings, giving, service mobilization and much more.  The ROJ Youth Ministry consists of the various groups listed below:

Youth Education Department
The education department which includes Kev's Kids Zone Children Church, provides biblical lessons and activities for children ages 4-11.  This area guides youth through the bible giving them spiritual knowledge at their level of learning. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and is created to encourage children to praise, worship, and build a relationship with Christ.

The Youth education department also includes Extreme Teen Ministry. Extreme Teen Ministry is for youth ages 12-18. This area guide teen through biblical studies that help them navigate through life as they begin to mature from children to youth and young adults.

Summer Activities
ROJ Youth Ministry also believes in creating fun and exciting times of fellowship and enjoyment.  Below are various programs/activities scheduled during the summer months :

            *Summer Camp
           * Youth Outings (Ex: Fun parks, water parks, etc.) *Basketball Tournament
           *Back to school Rally

Youth Dance/Mime Ministry
The youth dance ministry gives our children an opportunity to exercise their gift of praise and worship through rhythmic movements of their hands, body, and feet at the sound of wholesome gospel music.

Toys for Tots

ROJ Youth Ministry helps to support the non-profit organization Marine Toys for Tots Foundation during the Christmas season.  This organization provides toys to less fortunate children from newborn to 12 years of age.  On a volunteer basis, ROJ Youth Ministry helps to coordinate, organize and provide toys for qualified families in the town of Jonesboro and surrounding areas.
